Jira Issue Collector: Submission Confirmation, Notifications, Filters, and Backlog Integration

I'm exploring the use of a Jira Issue Collector to allow users in my organization without Jira access to submit bugs directly to our backlog. I have a few questions:

1. Do submitters receive confirmation after submitting the form?
2. Can project admins or other project users set up notifications for new issues collected this way?
3. Is it possible to create filters based on issues collected through the collector?
4. Are issues submitted via the collector immediately added to the project's backlog?
