Jira Integration with rippling

Our HR just launched a new platform called Rippling, and it has been said that they can integrate with our Jira. However, I do not see any articles about it. Is the integration possible, and what does it consist of?

TBH I have never even heard of Rippling. There is nothing in the Marketplace that would indicate any specific integration. I did find this on Rippling's site - https://www.rippling.com/en-CA/recipes/integrations/jira . The question I have is what are your requirements? What integration do you need?

Is this Rippling a product name, or is it the name of an internal system based on something else?  (For example, some places will say "the helpdesk" and "the intranet" when talking about systems built on Jira service management and Confluence)

When you know what the underlying system is, have you taken a look at their documentation?  Atlassian do not build many integrations themselves, there's too many systems they would have to learn to code for (It is not a case that they do not want to, it's a case of prioritising the larger well-known ones) but a lot of services are keen to integrate with Jira, because it is a larger well-known issue tracker.
