Hi everyone!

First timer here -- Looking to get some guidance within our particular environment.

We're in the midst of a PLM upgrade moving over to a new version of Teamcenter. We have Jira/Confluence integration with Teamcenter links using Active Workspace 4. With our environment upgrade, we would like to change all links within jira/confluence referencing Active Workspace 4 to Active Workspace 6.

What would be the best way to approach this scenario? Is there any documentation regarding Teamcenter integration into JIRA/Confluence that we could reference?

Hi Donald,

Can you please advise on integrating Jira and team center? How did you achieved that using Active Workspace?

Kindly share the steps the same.

I would also like to know if we can link TC objects with Jira tickets.

In the documentation, there is a section on "Linked Data Framework": Integrating Applications Using Linked Data Framework (siemens.com) which allows you to link systems using standards such as REST, JSON, RDF, or web-based APIs.

NOTE: If you have Teamcenter but can't access the documentation, you might need to get a Site ID and a Webkey Access Code (WAC) from your IT administrator in order to create your account.
