Jira Instance Locked while importing from CSV. Please advise on this.

Hi @Eswar ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

Please could you share a screenshot about that operation? I never saw a lock during csv import.

What do you mean by "locked"?  Is it just that the screen you are on is not responding while the import is running?
