Hello,

I cannot open /secure/admin/CloudImport!start.jspa at my JIRA cloud site: 404 page. Anybody has the same issue?

You need to raise this with https://support.atlassian.com/contact - we need to read the logs, but only Atlassian support have access to them on Cloud
