Jira Housekeeping - Generating a list of all projects in Jira to include all schemes they use?

Is it possible to create a list automatically to detail which Jira projects are using which workflow, screen, field schemes?  I need to do some rationalisation and this would help me greatly as my client has many many projects......

Hi Paul,

There are apps that might give you some of what you are looking for, otherwise you can write simple shell scripts to access this information using Jira REST API.
