Has there been changes to what API tokens can do?
I've had Jira Gitlab Integration working for about 9 months but recently I noticed:
If you have followed the steps to configure the Jira integration in GitLab you cannot also use the GitLab marketplace app.
@sean drexler which version of GitLab do you use? If the version is higher than 15, that is deprecated process to update refresh token. See you logs with enable debug loggin into component DVCS.

@Kirill Ivanov it looked like the issue is that one of our admins had installed the GitLab app (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221011/). Once I removed the marketplace app things began working again.

Hi @sean drexler I am testing the Jira cloud migration on free trial. When I am integrating the Gitlab(self hosted) with Jira cloud free trial. I am also facing the same issue now, commit and branches are not being added to Jira issues. I am able to see the messages of commits under comments section but commit and branch options in Jira are not showing commit numbers and branches.
I have followed the same procedure below and removed gitlab app from marketplace but still having the same issue.

Do you know what could be the issue?
