Jira Gantt excel export

After exported one of the Epic to excel file from Gantt Chart, the file shows Error and cannot open it. The error message is shows on the attached picture. It basically says the file is damaged/broken so Excel automatically fixed. 

If someone knows how to fix this issue., please help me.

Have you exported only one Epic issue to Excel?

Can you export other issues with no issue?

Is it possible for you to reach out to us from our support portal? If you can provide HAR file when you are exporting the problematic Epic issue, and also the Excel file itself, we can do further investigation.
