Jira Export of Filters doesn't download.

XLSX is not downloading.
Recreate Steps:
Log into Jira
Issues
Manage Filters
Select a filter.
Once the Filter displays the Issues associated with the filter,
Select: Export + XLSX (Current Fields)

@[deleted]  what is the number of items in the filter ? normally it is limited to 1k per export but some time it might take a while.

run the filter and tell how many  jira tickets does the filter return ?

Yeah, it is more than 5k

Welcome to the community !!

I could not find any option "Export + XLSX (Current Fields)". Native jira has only Export Excel CSV (Filter fields). Export Excel CSV (Filter fields) works without any issue. 

Can you please recheck if there is any add-on installed in your instance for this Or please share the screenshot
