Jira Datacenter download URL are not working anymore - 403 errors

Any idea why the Jira Datacenter download URL are not working anymore?

I am getting 403 errors

https://product-downloads.atlassian.com/software/jira/downloads/atlassian-servicedesk-10.3.15.tar.gz

403 Forbidden

• Code: AccessDenied
• Message: Access Denied

Or you can try it directly from the official download page:  https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/download-archives

Same for me. Jira , JSM, same error. Ill bring Atlassian's attention to this post.

Thanks! I've already did. There seems to be a problem on their end:
We have an incident opened, unfortunately the download links are not working at the moment, also affecting JSM. We are already working to fix it.
