Need exact pricing for offline Jira Data Center on Windows:

Base Premium:

Is $42,000/year the absolute minimum for 500 users offline?

Or does "offline" cost more than standard DC pricing?

Mandatory Extras:

What additional fees are unavoidable? (e.g., support, Windows licenses, updates)Any offline-specific surcharges?

Context:

Air-gapped Windows deployment.

The base price you’re quoting ($42,000/year for 500 users) is the public list price for Jira Data Center, and that applies whether your deployment is connected to the internet or fully air-gapped. There isn’t a special “offline” surcharge from Atlassian.

No additional offline surcharges from Atlassian, but your total annual cost will depend on the Windows licensing and infrastructure you choose. I’d recommend contacting a local Solution Partner (you can find one from this site) — they can sometimes offer discounted pricing depending on your organisation’s size and agreements.
