Jira Dashboard: Rich Text Gadget related Issue

Hi Team,

I am configured two different Rich Text Gadgets with External Links settings.

But, i can see the content/link only for the first/top gadget only not for the below.

The below gadgets is just empty.

When i tried to move the below gadget on top, the link appears.

Both gadgets not showing the url together.

Attached is the screen shots for the same.

Please let me know if any fix for this behavior

Apparently, this is a known issue. There's this related bug report but it doesn't reference what you're experience exactly: JRACLOUD-83622: Dashboard gadgets sometimes appear / display much smaller than usual

From what I've managed to find, there's currently no reliable workaround for Jira Cloud.
You could try refreshing the gadget or changing the browser zoom, but that's still not a lasting solution.

My recommendation would be to reach out to Atlassian Support and discuss this with them. Maybe someone could escalate this, so it's fixed faster.
