We had two project A and Project B with one common field. In dashboard i used rich filter gadgets, From Project A i had mapped one field in horizontal column, in vertical column the common field issue count is mapped. when i clicked on Issue count the Project B details should be executed in Jira dashboard. Tried by using this JQL - Project in (A, B) and Activity is not Empty, but displays the Project A details. How to do i configure when i clicked on issue count in vertical column to display the details of Project B?
Hi @Pavithra Selvam,
Can you share screenshots / additional details of your configuration? What gadget are you using, how did you set up the field mapping? What result do you expect to achieve?
Also, are these projects A and B company managed or team managed? In case they are team managed, is Activity a global custom field, or do both projects have a separate custom field with the same name (that last option is the default in team managed projects; which makes activity 2 different fields, even though they have the same name).
Hi @Walter Buggenhout ,
Both the Projects are Company Managed Projects, Activity field is global common field which was used in these Projects. Due to security policies am not able to share the screenshots. I tried by using Rich Filter Statistics. Which Gadgets is used to fetch the Deliverables in One Project with respect to Issue Count(Refers to Activity field count which used in another Project). Activity field is common between both projects.
