I utilise JIRA at work & have previously utilised the Activity Stream gadget as part of my dashboard. On my previous project this worked fine, with all user updates & story progress appearing on the activity stream.
I have recently moved onto a new project & Im in the process of setting up the Activity Stream into my new dashboard. However, for some reason only updates from my username appear? The other users updates do not.
The other users all have access to Jira, they are adding comments / progressing stories in their Sprint board. The filter I have used does work as it pulls in my updates from the same sprint board.
Am I missing something? Do I have some access that my new squad don't?
Any suggestions welcome!
Hello @Dominic Taffs
Thanks for sharing your query with the community!
I am just curious to understand what exactly the issue might be. Would you mind sharing the filter query that have used in the activity stream gadget? With that, I can help troubleshoot the problem
Looking forward to your response!
Thanks,
Archana
Thanks for the reply, here's my setup:
Global Filters
Project is (e.g Group A)
Username is dtaffs, userb, userc etc...
Available Streams
Jira (filters below)
Activity is Attachment added, Comment added, issue closed, issue created, issue edited, issue opened, issue resolved
Issue Type is Task, Story
Automatically refresh every 15mins
The above pulls in my updates from the project, but none of the other users I add.

Hello @Dominic Taffs
Thank you for the details shared
Could you please check if the global filter shows the expected results from the JQL search page?
