Jira Custom Plugin Doesnt work

I have been using my plugin earlier in late 2019 (1 month ago) 

today I have loged in and there was message

I have went to group permission added the jira-addons-admin and once again it is showing same message.

You need to add 'atlassian-addons-admin' group to Browse users and groups global permission.

If you are a Jira admin, you should be able to access Global permissions page using the below link. You will have to change the hostname in the URL to your Cloud hostname.
