Hi, 

I have a quick question regarding a custom capability. Is there a possibility to see a list of all the team members' names on the y axis and all the sprints in the past and future on the x-axis and have a table format to show all previous and upcoming points assigned per person? The goal is to understand the long-term resource use of each member!

There's a two-part answer here.  

First, you can get most of the way there by:

• Search for all the issues you are interested in, and save it as a filter
• Go to a dashboard and add a 2-dimensional filter gadget.  Configure it to 
• use your saved filter
• select Sprint for the X axis
• select Assignee for the Y axis
• This will give you a count of issues by assignee and sprint.

The second part of the question is a "no", there's nothing that can do the report above with estimates instead of issue count.

This is partly because of the problem you have with estimation - a report like that can only be useful if every one of your teams are estimating in exactly the same way.  That's not what story points are for, they're actually there to allow teams to estimate in ways that suit them, independently of other teams.
