Your Trial has expired . To reactivate Jira Core please purchase it. i have some attachments but do not see how they can be shared with you.

From what I understand from your question, you’re using an evaluation of Jira core and it looks like your license has expired. With this said, it also looks as though you’ve created a support request for a similar issue. Since the request is already active we will ask you to work with that ticket to see your issue to resolution.
For others finding this request, the issue seems to be related to a license to product mismatch which is causing an expired product to not accept a license from another product (In this case, Jira Core vs Jira Software).

Stephen, the ticket was closed by Support team stated that Starter license customers exclusively receive support from our online Atlassian Community. Please note no resolution was provided. Can you please advise how to resolve this mismatch of products licenses?

I follow up with our team on your submitted issue. We’re unable to locate an associated license with your account. With that aside, if you’re wanting to use a newly purchased Jira core license then you’ll need to install Jira core itself. Jira core licenses will not apply to Jira Software installs.
To move forward, we would suggest you install Jira core and apply the starter license you purchase. To download Jira core, please see https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/core/download.
If you want to continue to use Jira software, you’ll need to renew or purchase a license for that product. While Jira core and software are similar products, they’re not the same license and each will require their own license.
