Jira Connector for Eclipse can't connect after Jira OnDemand login upgrade

After today's upgrade of the login interface of Jira OnDemand, I can't connect to https://travronden.atlassian.net through the Jira Connector for Eclipse in Mylyn.

I have verified that I am using the correct credentials and logging in via the web browser works fine.

This is a bug we are currently facing. I believe the team is working on the fix. Kindly watch the bug report for future updates.
