Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×Hello,
My company has the following licenses that expire on 31st December. I understand that Jira has a perpetual license, and if we do not renew, we can still use it but without support and upgrade options. We have Jira Server on-prem version.
Can anyone let me know if anything will actually stop working after December 31st because I have found contradicting info on this forum? I am listing below the licenses that expire for Jira, Confluence, and plugins. We got info from our supplier that "everything should be ok" which is not very reassuring. :)
Many thanks for your help!

Hi @JOVAN Stech you shouldn't have any issues after Dec 31st, but if you weren't aware, support for Standalone Server products ends on Feb 15, 2024.
I'll refer you to this community article regarding what happens. You should be able to use the software without issue, but you'll be losing support: What-happens-if-we-do-not-renew-an-existing-Jira-Server-license
Hope that helps.
