Jira Comments and Jira Issues Lightning Components not working properly Service Rocket

Hi Team,

I have a Service Connector App installed in my salesforce system which helps in connecting to Jira Cloud. I have used inbuilt Jira Comments and Jira Issues Lightning Components but the button "Create" and "Associate" are missing on Jira issues on all profiles except admin profile. How can I give access to these buttons to other profiles?
