Jira Cloude failed to connect X-Ray servers

I am getting the error "We're having trouble connecting to Tests. Try contacting the developer for support." when opening x-ray objects like tests, test execution and etc..

issue solved after re-index test in x-ray settings

They don't seem to have any issue on their statuspage (https://xray.statuspage.io/) so I suggest you open a ticket with XRay directly
