Jira Cloud stopped working

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have used Jira Cloud in excel for many months without any problem but about 3 weeks ago I wasn't able to get data anymore.
I tried to disconnect the app from Jira and reconnect again but the login process does not end:
- I clicked the "Get Started" button
- I copied and pasted the code in the browser
- I successfully completed the procedure in the browser
- The Jira Cloud window in excel remains the following:
Is there anything (i.e. logs) that I can check to better understand and troubleshoot this issue?
