Jira Cloud personal setting for default sharing of filters and dashboards

There is a difference between Personal Settings in Jira DC and Jira Cloud. In Jira DC in Personal Settings a user can choose a Default setting for the sharing of filters and dashboards. The setting is not available in Jira Cloud.

I've been trying to find if this is already a suggestion in Atlassian's backlog, but so far I haven't found one. 

Is anybody else aware of such a suggestion already existing?
