Jira Cloud, how to set up issue creation from email

i am facing multiple issues i have used this doc as reference but still its not working

You have to give the system the full host name and location of the mail server you are trying to get mail from.

ok , but m not sure what exactly is the host name

You will need to talk to the people who administrate your email to find out what the email server is called!

A call with us isn't going to help you, as what you need is to give it a mail server that you know, and we don't.  Please, ask your mail administrators what the settings are for your email server.

what should i do . , i do not have any idea . . can u plz guide me  maybe step by step

Ok, that makes sense.  You have given it a "host name" of "mailstore", but that is not the full host name of your actual email server.  Jira needs to be able to *fully* resolve the name of the email server in order to connect to it.

What documentation have you been following, and what have you done differently to what it says?  Where does "it's not working" happen?
