Jira Cloud for Google Sheets: How can i set the scheduler to pull data into a new sheet everytime?

We have installed Jira Cloud for Google sheets addon. Works fine but now i have a use case where i need to maintain old data to be able to see the trend. How do i set scheduler to pull data into a new sheet everytime as against updating the same sheet/overwriting?
