Since today Jira add-in for Excel can't load and ask for permissions from Admin. This is already given on Azure and tenant level, but it still does not work. Does it need an additional license?

Are there any firewall or other blocking issues in your network?
Where any changes made within your company network?
Etc...
If no changes where applied anywhere, you could raise this issue with Atlassian if they can see logging in relation to your issue
