Im using the Jira Cloud <> Excel add-in.
But unfortunately it only works for excel online. When trying to deploy it for Zendesk I get this message:
"the file cannot be opened"

Hi @Silvia Pumar , I'm not sure I follow. I will say that I have used the extension on my local Excel Application successfully many times. What I am not understanding is how Zendesk factors in here.

So sorry I meant Excel (it seems I was thinking about Zendesk tough!)
I already solved it by inserting the extension from the local excel page.
But first, I had to enable "let users access the Office Store" in my 365 admin settings.
