Jira Cloud for Excel Online Not Importing All Rows

When I refresh data in Jira Cloud for Excel Online, It's saying "Oops try again", and it's not loading all the rows.

When I refresh data in Jira Cloud for Excel desktop, everything loads fine.

I want to see how I can fix this for Excel Online because I'd rather work through the online browser version of Excel.

Hi @Chris Andrews welcome to the community.  I took a look on Atlassian's Jira Site and could not find any related issues.  Can you reproduce this issue at will?  If so, it's probably something Atlassian Support needs to take a look at.  I would expect it to work the same in both platforms.  

I'm going to loop Support in to get their input.  With your Premium License, if you don't hear back from them in a few days, I would suggest opening up a work item with the link above and give them a clear example of the behavior and they can look into it further.
