Jira Cloud error code 17PXWV ("Something's gone wrong")

Kaur Palang January 31, 2022

Hello!

Recently I have been exploring the Atlassian Cloud platform and in addition to Confluence and Jira Software, decided to try out Jira Service Management.

After adding JSM to my site, Jira Software no longer allows me to see any projects (See picture below). The issue has persisted for a couple of days now. This morning I also tried removing JSM from my site but to no avail.

Since I am using the free plan I have no eligibility for premium support, unfortunately.

I will, however, definitely, move on the the paid plans of Atlassian software, but at this point I have no use for the premium plan just yet.

Thanking in advance

I have solved my issue.

Although my problem is no longer present, I don't really know what caused it.
What fixed it though was clearing my browser data for Atlassian webpages. I suspect it might have something to do with the extensions I am, but when I opened my Jira in an incognito window, which means no extensions and no cache, Jira loaded fine.

Hi @Kaur Palang and welcome to the community.

I don't see any ongoing issue on https://status.atlassian.com so I'll see if we can loop in an Atlassian to take a look at your environment.

Thank you for looking into it!

When the issue first arose, I too checked the status page but didn't see any issues aswell.

Meanwhile, I tried seeing if the good old "nuke it and start over" method would do any good. Aaand it didn't. I removed the Jira Software subscription from Atlassian Administrator -> Products -> Manage Subscriptions and and re-added the subscription to my site. Now even the navigation bar is not loading.

Thank you again, @Dirk Ronsmans for looking into my issue.
I have described the solution in a separate answer. In all honesty, I do feel a bit stupid for not trying this, frankly elementary, debugging step before posting on a forum.
