Jira Cloud and Slack Integration

Some users of our company are having problem trying to create an Jira Issue directyl from slack.

Previously, we could do it normally. But now, out of nowhere, when we try to create a issue directly from a message on slack, the following message shows up:

"We didn't find any Jira sites associated with your account.
If you are using Jira Server or Data Center, please install the Jira Server app.
You may also create a new Jira site."

This is strange because it is only happening with some users. We have licensed Jira.

It suggests that you haven't made anything problematic, but it is a system-wide problem. Contact Atlassian support!
