Hi Guys,

I am facing issue for Jira Cloud Service Desk CSV file data import could you please help me to identify my  problem.

Hello @Muhammad_Amer ,

Thanks for reaching out and this behavior you are seeing with the CSV import is a Bug in the Next-Gen Service Desk Project type.

The Bug is being tracked at the following Link, make sure to add yourself as a watcher if you would like to receive updated on the progress of a fix:

And to get around the issue you can run the CSV import to a classic Service desk project as a staging project, then migrate the issues to the desired Next-Gen project with a bulk move operation as described in "Migrate between next-gen and classic projects"
