Jira Cloud, Server or Data Center?

Hi,

I would like guidance on updating Jira.
What would be the most appropriate product (Cloud, Server or Data Center) for my current situation?
Currently the company I am working on has an old version (6.1.6) and would like to migrate to a current version.
The most important configuration details follow:
- 100 projects to be maintained.
- Most projects use the SCRIPT RUNNER plugin in their streams (codes included in CONDITIONS, VALIDATION and POST FUNCTION).
- 36 scripts fields.
- 2000 custom fields.
- 300 workfows.
- 2000 users.

Server or data centre are what you need.  Cloud limits you too much, and you'd have to live without most of your scripts.
