Jira Cloud Issue Layout

is there a way to change the Issue Layout for all projects at once or set a default they all inherit from.

I have only to  been able to change it for one project at a time and it would be a pain if i had to do it for each project

Right now, no it is not possible to have a shared issue layout across multiple projects. But you can see a workaround in a feature request here:
