Can someone confirm if this is correct please?

Feature Epics only be linked to one Program Parent?  i.e., Feature Epics should NOT be linked to multiple Program Parents?

Correct. Any issue can have only 1 parent using Parent Link.

Thank you Florian.  Do you know why you can only have 1 Parent linked, just trying to understand what will have if you have more than 1 Parent Linked to a Feature Epic?

It's how the tool is build in and also how much of project management methodology works.

JIRA's hierarchy is designed to ensure each task has a clear and singular path of progression. A task having only one parent (such as a story or an epic) helps maintain a straightforward and understandable project structure. Allowing multiple parents could create complex dependencies and potential conflicts in task management. A single parent ensures that the task's dependencies and progress are easily traceable.

The work hierarchy is structured from top to bottom, meaning each task is associated with only one parent.
