Hi Atlassian Support,
My Jira Cloud site *[site URL removed]* is currently deactivated and stuck on a Premium plan.
I originally used the Free plan, but now it shows Premium and is inactive. When I try to reactivate, I get a “Something went wrong” error.
Additionally, I am unable to contact support through the portal, as it redirects me to help articles without allowing me to submit a request.
I would like to:
Restore access to my Jira
Downgrade to the Free plan
Resolve the reactivation issue
Please assist in restoring my account.

No I cannot help you reactivate your subscription. I am not a member of Atlassian's support team. I am just a customer of Atlassian, like you. I don't have access to any customer's subscriptions besides my own.
You need to file a request through the page link I provided to get help from Atlassian support members.

You should be able to raise a request here: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing
From there, you're not required to have a paid app/plan, so you should be able to raise billing-related questions and requests.
