We are currently experiencing an issue where Jira boards and backlogs appear completely empty across multiple projects.
Observed behavior:
Backlogs display “0 work items”
Active sprints show “There’s nothing in this sprint”
Boards show no issues in any column
Issue count indicators show 0
This is affecting multiple projects and different boards within our Jira Cloud instance.
You are not alone. We are having the same issue.

Same here, all boards are empty - and new tasks are not visible right away
But they are visible at least in calendar and list view
