Jira Cloud – Boards and Backlogs Showing Empty (All Issues Missing)

We are currently experiencing an issue where Jira boards and backlogs appear completely empty across multiple projects.

Observed behavior:

• Backlogs display “0 work items”

• Active sprints show “There’s nothing in this sprint”

• Boards show no issues in any column

• Issue count indicators show 0

This is affecting multiple projects and different boards within our Jira Cloud instance.

Atlassian is aware that there is an issue with the boards and their team is working on it. Wait just a little while and try again.

There are lots of questions / posts reporting this symptom for the last few hours.

As you appear to be on a free license level, I recommend watching the Status Pages for any updates: https://status.atlassian.com/

Same here, all boards are empty - and new tasks are not visible right away

But they are visible at least in calendar and list view
