Does Jira have the ability to setup a Chat bot? I see Rovo Agent and that is what I am looking for in terms of user self service and ticket deflection.
I am wondering if there is a way to take that Rovo Agent and integrate it into Slack and or Microsoft Teams. I see the "Chat" feature in the Jira settings, but all that looks like is setting up Jira Assist or Cloud in Teams and Slack to work on or respond to tickets.
