Jira: Cannot find status with id %s

Hello,

We are unable to use Jira anymore. In our logs, we found the following error message:

"Cannot find status with id %s. Please remove the unknown status from your time metric configuration."

No ID is provided. How can we determine what is causing this issue?

Unfortunately, no. I had already found that information. In our case, only %s is displayed instead of an ID.
