Jira CSV import fails to add Comments

I'm trying to import comments to existing JIRA issues. The import reports success, but the comments are not visible.

JIRA importers plugin version is 7.1.8

I checked results at the DB level, the comments are simply not there.

The import log contains the comment: "Only new items will be imported"

Any ideas?

Solved.

Originally, on the mapping screen I chose "Comment" as a target field. I changed it to "Comment body", now it's OK.
