Jira + Bitbucket + Slack + Tempo Timesheet for 30 users, pricing?

I want to buy Jira Software(cloud) for 30 users and I am aware of the pricing of $7/user/month. What I really want to know is, the pricing including the following add-ons: (30 users)

1. Bitbucket
2. Tempo Timesheets
3. Slack

I have gone through different plans available for Bitbucket and Slack and I am not sure whether these plans are relevant when you use them with Jira.
