I am unable to use Jira Automation, as this option is not reflecting in my JIRA. Can you please help how it can be enabled so I can use Jira Automation.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Jira Administrators can create Automation Rules. They also can set permissions for who else can create Automation Rules.
If you have access, you would find the options under Project Settings.
If you don't have the option, you will need to contact your Jira Administrators to ask for the permission.
