Hello,

I have a board with automation rule of automatic task creation according to the status of the issue. It has been working perfectly for two months, and today suddenly it doesn't work and whenever I move an issue from a status to another, it returned the issue to the first status, I don't know if there is a technical issue with jira or what is the cause because it is so strange because i didn't do any change to the board before this happening. As you see in the photos i move it to the second column and then it returns back to the first column by itself.

To learn who / what is transitioning the issues back to the other status, please review the issue history for one of them to see what happened.

Also, I note you are only showing part of your rule.  Would you please post:

• an image of your entire rule...in one image,
• an image of the rule details, at the top of the rule, and
• an image of the audit log details for the rule execution.  To show that, please select the "Show more" at the right of the audit log.  That will show the steps which occurred when the rule ran.

Can you also post a screen shot of your rule? Is the rule firing? If so can you share the audit log of the rule when it fires?

Check for the audit log for that automation, especially those with the "error" mark.

it doesnt even log or show that there is a problem.
