There have been a couple of instances where a user has uploaded files via a portal. The files appear to be renamed. Is this common place or is there a setting issue somewhere? If this is correctable, please assist on how to correct this.
Example:
Original: file name.pptx
Renamed: file name (f8678811-68r0-4c2f-b5b3-2dc5e8dff922).pptx

I tested on my local environment and the add-on Automation for Jira or the built-in Automation in Service Desk don't have an option to rename files, also, it's not possible to rename a file manually, so we need more details about the issue in order to check what is causing this.
