Jira Advanced Roadmaps - Plan ranking

Hello,

I have a Jira hierarchy of initiative - epic - story in my advanced roadmaps.

I am unable to change the ranking of my initiatives in the plan.  Why and how can i change the ranking?

Hi @Deb Hypolite 

It should be possible to click/hold over an issue in the scope view, and drag-and-drop it into another position - is this what you're trying to achieve?

If this doesn't work - can you confirm:

• You have "Edit" permissions for the plan (via Plan Settings > Access Control > Permissions) 
• You're in a group with access to the Admin and/or User roles in advanced settings (Plans > Settings > Advanced Roadmaps Permissions)

^ If you have the right access, what are the issue source(s) for your plan?
