How is the data from my Jira projects pages going to be managed by the AI?
I love the AI features but I fear that the private data and knowledge from my company are used to train the AI and will end up answering questions from others, or being public while they should remain private.
Any help?
Thanks!
Rosa
Welcome to Atlassian Community.
In Atlassian policy it is stated, that company data is not used to educate models.
You can read about it here:
https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/kb/rovo-and-atlassian-intelligence-customer-data-is-not-used-for-ai-model/
p.s. I removed duplicate post
And here is answer from Atlassian support, when I asked them the same question:
1. Do you train other models on our data?
The data you submit and the responses you receive via Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo are not used to fine-tune or improve any LLM models or services. For third-party hosted models, each data request is sent to the external provider individually over an SSL encrypted service, to process and send back to Atlassian.
For more information on models and data use, see our Transparency Center and Trust Center.

Hi Rosa, this support article: https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/docs/rovo-data-privacy-and-usage-guidelines/ should answer your questions.
It also seems that you accidentally posted the same question twice, so you maybe want to remove one of them.
