Jenkins integration requiring more info than documented

I am trying to integrate our JIRA Cloud instance with a Jenkins instance, following instructions here https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/integrate-jira-software-cloud-with-jenkins-972355471.html.

I created OAuth credentials and passed them over to Jenkins Administrator, but much more info is requested (see below).

I can guess Consumer key is Client ID and Secret is Secret. But where are private key and token coming from ?

Is the link incomplete ? Are there other instructions ?
