Good Morning,
One of our users is having a problem accessing any Jira site after clearing his cache in Internet Explorer. The chain of events is below:
"I noticed that my Jira scrumboard was not displaying correctly. By mousing over some of the links, I could see an ‘error connecting to server’-type message. I tried to clear my temporary internet files, delete cookies, clear history, and clear download history. Upon refreshing the browser window, I get this message:
