JSW license expired and now we cannot create tickets in JSM

We have both JSM and JSW DC license on same instance.

Our JSW license expired during weekend which disable creating issues in JSM also, we solved it by getting trial licenses on JSW.

Do we have to uninstall JSW if we no longer want to use it? Is it possible to deactivate it so we can continue to use JSM and activate JSW when we need it?

Hello @Ubaid E

Did your JSM license also expire?

Are you using a JSM DC or Server license?
