Hi,

Today, JSU app evaluation license got expired. This impacted the entire organization workflow. Previous the app is running old version with expired commercial license.

Just because during app assessment it shows me to upgrade the app .Now, I upgraded the latest version using evaluation license which was provided by Atlassian. Currently 30 days evaluation license expired and cannot be able to perform the operations.

I would like to downgrade the JSU app to the older version and assign the commercial license what we have before.

I don't know how to perform this task.

Hi Rudy,

Appreciate your help.  Should I need to uninstall the current version. If I uninstall the app, how about the set up goes? Does validators , conditions which was set up using JSU disappears. 

Suggest me how should I procced?
